Firestone Complete Auto Care

There is a new management team at the Carmel Firestone auto care and they are fantastic! I had stopped going to that store after quite a few bad experiences but thought I would try again since they are so convenient. I am so glad I did. Everyone was nice, treated me like a customer and the service was quick and professional. I actually had my car back within 2 hours! Nearly unheard of at an auto shop. If you had a bad experience there previously you should definitely go back. You will happy you did!

The shop just came under new ownership and I was treated exceptionally well. Daniel price matched new tires for me and got me what I needed same day for at a great price. Kelvin assisted me at the desk and was efficient and respectful. Will definitely be returning here in the future.

Came in for a nail puncture - the team couldn’t repair due to the location of the puncture - letting me know in short order. The team then gave me a price and put on my spare. Great service overall. The only reason I didn’t have them replace the tire was it’s under warranty with Costco - was only a year old. Either way, will def consider this location for future service needs.

They have the best customer service ever, me and my fiance were in the middle of moving from Michigan to Tennessee when my muffler fell off partly. This was on a Sunday afternoon which meant that no one was open. These guys were gracious enough to hold my car until Monday and then allow me to call a tow to pull it to where I needed it to be. Not only this, but they called me before they did any work to make sure that I was financially able to have the fix done. All around great service and a great place! The guys there are very friendly and willing to help in any way! 5 star for sure!

At the Carmel location on Rangeline Rd. I had a great experience! My punctured tire had to be replaced. Initially, I planned to buy a tire. Although, considering my car’s mileage and the discounts for a full set—I replaced them all. Matt was easy to work with and gave me many options for both the tires and regular maintenance. I highly recommend this Firestone location.
